WHO WE ARE

Carzan is a fast-growing Saskatchewan protein snack brand built on certified grass-finished Canadian beef, clean ingredients, and a mission to give back. Founded by Carter and Carmen Bezan, we've shipped nearly 40,000 orders across Canada and are expanding our wholesale presence nationwide.

THE ROLE
This is a field-based internship focused on growing Carzan's wholesale business across Saskatchewan and beyond. You'll work directly with the founders, represent the brand in stores and at events, and take on real responsibility from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Weeks 12  Learn the Brand
Work alongside Carter and Carmen at farmers markets and retail demos. Learn the products, brand story, and sales process. One day per week in Southey assisting with fulfillment.

Weeks 36  Lead Demos
Run in-store demos in Regina and Saskatoon, engage customers, and represent the brand.

Weeks 610  Retail Outreach
Contact independent retailers, co-ops, health food stores, and specialty shops. Build prospect lists and book meetings.

Weeks 10+  Retail Sales
Travel across Saskatchewan meeting buyers, pitching products, securing shelf placement, and growing distribution. Travel expenses covered.

Throughout
Create social content, attend trade shows and events, and work directly with retail buyers alongside the founders.

WHO YOU ARE
Confident speaking with new people
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Interested in food, entrepreneurship, sales, or agriculture
Based in Regina or surrounding area

DETAILS
Primarily remote and field-based
One day per week in Southey for fulfillment
Saturday farmers markets required during market season
All travel and mileage expenses covered
