Overview
Splenda Concrete Design Inc. is a well respected concrete contractor located in Vaughan, Ontario. Established in 1997, we create upscale residential exterior concrete projects, as well as service our commercial contractors on larger concrete construction projects. We are looking for a committed, hard and fast paced, reliable concrete finisher and former. Experience is important for this role. Our company is expanding, and we are searching for those who want to challenge themselves in a great concrete construction company.

Description
- Concrete finishing (exposed aggregate, sandstone, smooth, hand float, and stamped concrete).
- Concrete foundation forming; concrete curbs, retaining walls, footings, foundations, suspended slabs.
- Architectural and structural concrete forming.
- Loading/Unloading, and the transportation of materials.
- Removing existing structures/landscape, excavation, and grading.
- Job-site preparation.
- Installation of material when required.
- Delivery of concrete material to place-of-pour if needed.
- Pour and spread concrete.
- Clean site, reassure organization and appearance is well maintained.
- Safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Able and willing to work with bobcats, concrete vibrators, screeds, etc.
- Manual labour is a daily requirement.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have a G class drivers license.
- Arrive at the yard by 6am most days, often earlier.
