Job Responsibility:
Supply Chain & Administration / Chaîne d'approvisionnement & Administration
-filling invoices / classer les factures
- Request for quotes from suppliers/ Demande de devis auprès des fournisseurs
- Kitting inventory for project/ Inventaire des kits pour le projet
-data entry / saisie des données
-calculating taxes / calculer les impôts
-organizing project folders / organisation des dossiers
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel required / connaissance haut d'Excel requise
