Our client, a Quebec-based company specializing in medium and high voltage manufacturer representation, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their 12-person team. Stable schedule of 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

3 weeks of paid vacation from the first year (2 mandatory weeks during the construction holiday and 1 standby week during the holiday season).

Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Receiving and analyzing incoming email requests in the CRM system.

Evaluating technical quotes, specifically for oil-filled transformers.

Communicating with manufacturers to obtain the required information.

Preparing quotes, presenting them to clients, and answering their technical questions.

Planning and coordinating deliveries with the various stakeholders.

Qualifications
Training or in-depth technical knowledge in electricity (essential).

Relevant professional experience acquired in Canada (essential).

Understanding of oil-filled transformers (a major asset) or excellent technical learning ability.

High degree of autonomy for remote work and strong follow-up management via a CRM tool.

Good command of English, as you will need to communicate regularly with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec.
