Corporate Legal Counsel - Global Team

Elevate your legal career as Corporate Legal Counsel joining a global team of commercial lawyers. With 4+ years of legal experience and membership in the Canadian bar, you'll report to the Global Head of Legal. This role is pivotal for managing customer contracts, negotiating partnership agreements, and providing broad legal support across business units. Your experience will ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in various arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work
• Draft and negotiate partnership and referral agreements
• Develop contract templates for in-house products
• Identify legal risks in reseller arrangements
• Provide general legal support across business units

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law
• Called to the bar in Canada
• Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management
• Experience with privacy agreements
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
