To complete its accounting team, Sherbrooke Toyota is currently seeking a dynamic, meticulous, and organized Accounting Clerk.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth operation of the accounting department.

Her responsibilities will include:

• Recording vehicle sales contracts;
• Reconciling daily cash registers;
• Monitoring accounts payable and receivable;
• Participating in payroll processing and issuing Records of Employment;
• Performing bank reconciliations;
• Performing various related tasks to support the team and contribute to daily operations.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• DEC in Accounting or a DEP in Accounting with relevant experience;
• Two years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to manage priorities effectively;
• Rigorous, meticulous, and detail-oriented;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage busy periods.
