Overview
Automated metrics can't judge whether Hindi text actually sounds right: tone, idiom, cultural nuance, and the thousand small choices a native speaker makes without thinking.
As a Hindi Translator you'll judge and correct AI output in Hindi, teaching models to write the way people actually speak.
What you’ll actually do
- Evaluate translations between English and Hindi for fidelity, fluency, and tone, the way a professional editor would.
- Rank and rate model output in Hindi, catching what automated metrics miss.
- Write the better version when the model falls short, natural enough that no one could tell it was a translation.

Compensation
Up to $25 – $40/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
