In this role, you'll negotiate and prepare a variety of legal agreements while ensuring compliance with UHN policies and regulations. Your engagement with key stakeholders will be crucial in facilitating over 2,000 contracts annually, significantly impacting biomedical research. Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate clinical trial and confidentiality agreements
• Ensure compliance with UHN policies and guidelines
• Resolve issues and facilitate communication effectively
• Manage multiple agreements and priorities simultaneously
• Maintain documentation in the contract management system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Science
• Minimum three years related experience required
• Strong knowledge of contract law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
