Part Time Medical Lab Technologist Evening Shift

LifeLabs is seeking a part-time Medical Lab Technologist specializing in Flow Cytometry. This role involves performing and interpreting specimen testing, ensuring accurate labeling and confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with colleagues in a teaching environment while adhering to high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic and interpretive testing on various specimens
• Prepare and process samples with accuracy and proper documentation
• Release results while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Identify incidents and drive continuous improvement actions
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new laboratory technology

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• Registered with CMLTO in good standing
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office and lab analyzers
