Administrative Assistant Dibadin Dentistry Professional Corporation Location Timmins, ON Salary 27.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College/CEGEP Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Coordinate the flow of information within the team Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Establish and implement policies and procedures Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Repetitive Personal suitability Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Team player Reliability Until: 2026-04-01
