Buildings West Project Manager Edmonton

Lead building project delivery from Edmonton with expertise in planning, scheduling, and construction execution. Travel to project sites is required.Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Project Manager oversees total delivery across pre-construction and construction. The work coordinates safety, quality, budget, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include project controls, financial management, risk, quality, and turnover.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Master Project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, permits, and preconstruction planningMonitor construction schedules, productivity, progress, and subcontractor performanceManage project finances, billing, forecasting, payments, and reportingImplement quality, safety, environmental, commissioning, and turnover requirementsRequirements:
Ability to manage total building project deliveryKnowledge of safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirementsAbility to coordinate internal and external stakeholders professionallyAbility to manage contracts, subcontracts, and commercial obligationsAvailability for travel to project sites from EdmontonApply project scheduling, financial management, construction coordination, and stakeholder leadership across Buildings West delivery from Edmonton.
