AI Delivery Program Manager for Defence

Cohere

Cohere is looking for a Program Manager to oversee AI delivery to public sector and defence clients. Manage technical programs that fulfill government requirements and enhance security. This position involves collaborating with government agencies to navigate AI implementation challenges. You will handle program delivery, coordinate stakeholder interaction, and ensure compliance with stringent governmental standards. Strong program management experience in technical fields is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Manage program delivery from deployment to production scaling
Interact with government technical stakeholders
Convert security and compliance requirements into engineering tasks
Oversee project schedules and government timelines
Address government-specific risks in AI deployment

Requirements:

6+ years in Technical Program Management for AI/ML
Experience with government and heavily regulated environments
Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree or technical certifications
Knowledge of AI models and deployment strategies
