Job Responsibility:
```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment- Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests- Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking inventory and cleaning the bar area
```Skills```
- Bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
