Mobile Service Operations Specialist Role

Join MSX International as a Mobile Service Operations Specialist with a strong focus on training and support for Ford dealerships. As a critical member of MSX International, you will be the key contact for Mobile Service initiatives among assigned dealers. This position requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and a readiness to train technicians on vehicle functionalities. Your efforts will empower dealers to significantly improve their service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary expert for Mobile Service at dealerships
  • Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle features
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with dealer teams
  • Ensure timely launch of Mobile Service vans
  • Create actionable visit summaries for stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively (85% weekly)
  • Experience with OEM dealer contacts is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb into vans
