Overview:

The Project Manager Level 1 is responsible for the successful delivery of low- to medium-risk business process improvement and related projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, meet quality standards, remain within budget, and are delivered on schedule by leading cross-functional project teams and applying established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan, lead, and report on business process improvement and related project initiatives by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources, and overall status. Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project and risk management plans for business process improvement and related projects by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle to support effective project execution.
• Execute project management activities, including project scoping, planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and project management tools to manage project tasks and support business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication, reporting, and engagement. Leverage excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to facilitate collaboration, manage expectations, and support the timely advancement of projects.

What You Need to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
