Product Manager Focusing on AI Agent Execution and Context Management

Drive agent success as a Product Manager specializing in execution layers within AI platforms. Lead efforts in context management and tool orchestration to boost enterprise operations. In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap for the agent harness, ensuring a robust execution environment for AI agents. Engage closely with both engineering and product research teams to validate new ideas and implement customer feedback. Your insights will help develop a comprehensive evaluation framework to gauge agent performance across enterprise workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage agent harness roadmap
Serve as a liaison between engineering and modeling teams
Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance
Source insights from enterprise clients
Keep abreast of trends in agentic AI technologies

Requirements:

5+ years of product management in AI
Expertise in modern LLM architectures
Strong understanding of agent evaluation
Capable of influencing design decisions
Proven history of delivering impactful product features
