Starting Wage: $24.00 /hourly
Shift: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:40pm IEM Canada, (Industrial Electric Manufacturing, Inc.) in Surrey, BC, is the largest independent full-line manufacturer of custom electrical distribution and power quality equipment in North America. IEM has delivered customer-specific solutions to meet the ever-changing power requirements of growth industries in North America for over half a century.
• Complying with company quality, safety, and production policies and procedures
• Recording and controlling the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to and from the warehouse using the ERP system (e.g., INFOR)
• Issuing materials from the warehouse to production as required • Assisting in inventory management, cycle counts, and workstation replenishment
• Performing other duties as required. What you need to be part of our team:

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
We are seeking candidates who are able to stay organized and maintain their attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be physically fit, as the position requires unloading shipments and moving inventory between the warehouse and production floor. Duties & Responsibilities :• Complying with company quality, safety, and production policies and procedures
• Recording and controlling the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to and from the warehouse using the ERP system (e.g., INFOR)
• Issuing materials from the warehouse to production as required • Assisting in inventory management, cycle counts, and workstation replenishment
• Performing other duties as required. What you need to be part of our team:
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certificate- Required
- Receiving, Replenishment and inventory handling experience required
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to prioritize, detail oriented
- Excellent computer skills (ERP, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attendance and professionalism
