Construction Project Controls Manager

Lead project controls and financial planning at Hall Mechanical Services, using forecasting and job costing to strengthen performance. This role is based in the Lower Mainland of BC.Reporting to the President, the Manager provides financial leadership across Hall Mechanical Services. You will oversee project budgets, WIP reporting, cost-to-complete forecasting, and profitability analysis. The role partners with Operations, Project Management, Finance, and executive leaders to improve accountability and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent oversight of job costs and budget performanceLead project forecasting and establish financial reporting expectationsReview forecasts, productivity, variances, and corrective action plansMonitor profitability, margins, risks, and improvement opportunitiesEscalate material financial risks to senior leadershipRequirements:
Minimum seven years of progressive relevant leadership experienceConstruction project budget and cost-to-complete forecasting experiencePost-secondary education in finance, accounting, or related fieldStrong knowledge of WIP, job costing, and financial reportingAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skillsApply project controls, forecasting, job costing, and financial leadership to support stronger construction performance at Hall Mechanical Services.
