Lead Agile delivery at Traction Complete by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, optimizing SDLC processes, and supporting SaaS product development teams.This Information Technology Project Manager role, internally titled Agile Delivery Manager, is an individual contributor and functional specialist position. You will champion Scrum, coach teams, align backlogs with release roadmaps, and improve software delivery practices. The work connects Product Owners, Product Managers, the CPO, designers, QAs, and developers.Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Agile frameworks and SDLC operating proceduresFacilitate standups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesTranslate release roadmaps into executable sprint backlogsRemove technical dependencies, risks, and workflow bottlenecksReport velocity, lead time, cycle time, and bug densityRequirements:
Three-plus years of software delivery or Scrum experienceActive professional Scrum or Agile certificationDegree in business, information systems, computer science, or related disciplineKnowledge of Agile principles, SDLC models, and release processesExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platformsApply Agile coaching, Scrum facilitation, SDLC optimization, and delivery metrics expertise to Traction Complete's SaaS products.
