Job Title: Receptionist

Shift:? Monday-Friday 7am - 4:30pm

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to support one of our clients in Cambridge with their day-to-day operations. This role includes greeting visitors, handling customer inquiries, and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and customer-service related responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally?
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls?
• Manage and maintain the kitchen/common area?
• Provide general administrative and reception support?
• Assist with day-to-day office tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of reception/administrative experience?
• Strong customer service and communication skills?
• Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors?
• Professional appearance and demeanor?
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills?
• Reliable and available for the full short-term assignment?
