Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area- Assist in setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed
Skills:- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Proficient in basic math for handling payments and making change- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cashiering
