Head of Digital Marketing Strategy

INK Entertainment Group

Lead digital strategy, CRM, and performance marketing for INK Entertainment from its Toronto headquarters in Yorkville. Shape guest experiences across hospitality and entertainment.

As Head of Digital, you will direct INK’s enterprise digital ecosystem across restaurants, nightlife, concerts, festivals, and corporate initiatives. Your scope includes websites, paid media, SEO, marketing technology, AI, analytics, and digital customer experiences. You will guide growth while mentoring the digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

Define INK’s enterprise digital strategy across multiple brands
Build roadmaps for digital growth and transformation
Grow reservations, ticket sales, memberships, and online revenue
Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and paid media strategies
Oversee websites, ticketing, reservations, and digital products

Requirements:

Eight or more years of progressive digital marketing experience
Leadership experience across digital marketing teams
Expertise in paid media, SEO, CRM, and analytics
Experience managing multi-brand digital ecosystems
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams
