This full-time, fully remote role offers an opportunity to analyze performance metrics and optimize content for maximum impact. Your collaboration with production teams will ensure cohesive video strategies that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven YouTube strategies
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
Own video packaging and presentation across clients
Source and brief on-camera talent for video projects
Lead planning sessions with creative and production teams

Requirements:

5+ years in YouTube or video content strategy
Proven track record of channel growth in B2B/SaaS
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience managing video production processes
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
