We're looking for a smart, dynamic PHP Web Developer to join our growing team in our Richmond office , working full-time from 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) . This role is ideal for an independent performer who takes initiative, loves problem-solving, and is driven to build powerful, functional, and user-friendly websites from the ground up.
Position: PHP Web Developer (Full-Time | Richmond Office)What You'll Do:
- Build robust, dynamic websites using PHP, WordPress, and Python , ensuring high performance and seamless functionality.
- Take ownership of web projects from concept to deployment crafting exceptional digital experiences.
- Maintain and improve existing web platforms with a focus on usability, speed, and security .
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems effectively.
- Solve issues quickly and efficiently, applying best practices in coding and debugging.
- Stay ahead of web development trends and technologies to keep our digital presence cutting-edge.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of proven experience in web development using PHP and Python , with a strong portfolio of dynamic websites.
- Expertise in WordPress development and customization.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX .
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL .
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
- A self-starting attitude you manage your time, solve problems independently, and take full ownership of your work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well across time zones and teams when needed.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
