What You'll Be Responsible ForLeadership & People Management

• Coach and support a high-performing team of trainers and staff
• Manage scheduling, accountability, and resolve conflicts fairly
• Set the tone: high energy, strong values, real leadership

Client Experience

• Make every member feel seen, supported, and empowered
• Handle concerns with empathy and long-term solutions
• Improve member retention, referrals, and loyalty

Operations & Facility Oversight

• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and safety
• Use scheduling software, POS, and digital tools with precision
• Manage inventory, vendors, and compliance with health standards

Sales, Growth & Community

• Support membership and training sales to hit revenue goals
• Represent Fit Integrated at local events and build partnerships
• Be the face of the brand—in the gym and in your city

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,500.00-$125,362.45 per year

Additional pay:
