- Assist District Managers with operational support
- Train staff and ensure high client service levels
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Adjust office schedules and coordinate workflows
- Handle compliance and asset management tasks
- Minimum three years in retail or customer service roles
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
