  • Manage incoming customer tickets through multiple channels
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a customer service or SaaS role
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS product support
  • Understanding of B2B eCommerce principles is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
