RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement application‑based technical solutions using a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• Provide expert‑level proficiency across multiple tech stacks.
• Make practical decisions focused on solving problems and delivering business value.
• Coach, mentor, and lead the development team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary client services teams and manage time across multiple projects in a results‑driven environment.
• Adapt to shifting priorities productively while maintaining a client‑services focus.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of industry experience building large‑scale technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of solution design, architecture, system design, data analysis and management, and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performing code in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with AI tools to deliver efficient and streamlined solutions.
• Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leaders.
• Prior experience in a consulting services environment.
• Collaborative teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Calgary as required.
