System Administrator (Salesforce)

Job Responsibility: We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components. On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a software developer to join our team. Your daily life: The Salesforce administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the configuration of the Salesforce platform. More specifically, it involves deploying new features, overseeing data integrity and monitoring performance in order to optimize processes and support business growth as well as integration with complementary tools. In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, document and maintain solutions and processes within Salesforce (Sales Cloud Lightning, Service Cloud and others to come);
• Define innovative solutions to improve the use of Salesforce and meet the needs and growth of the company;
• Connect and integrate Salesforce with other platforms and databases (CRM, SAP, Magento, Hubspot, Jira, etc.);
• Manage security and user licenses, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, groups, etc. ;
• Deploy and customize additional modules (AppExchange) ;
• Help build reports, dashboards and list views to facilitate data management;
• Build "workflows" and business rules to automate and optimize as many processes and operations as possible;
• Work closely with other information systems managers and sales operations;
• Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users around the world (120 current users).

What We're Looking For:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, computer engineering / software or any other training deemed relevant;
• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Have experience in software development (APEX, Visual Force, HTML, Java Script, SQL and other object oriented programming languages);
• Hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification;
• Hold other Salesforce certifications (ASSET).
• Be bilingual (French / English) orally and in writing;
• Be autonomous and organized;
• Have an eye for detail and a strong sense of analysis;
• Ease of working in multitasking mode in a constantly changing environment;
• Have experience with a manufacturing company and SaaS model (ASSET);
• Have experience with Power BI software (ASSET)
