As a Lead Electronics Technologist, you will lead electronic technology operations in multiple areas. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical equipment, overseeing life cycle management, and integrating logistics into system design. The role demands strong leadership and technical skills to ensure effective project delivery while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct specialized testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment
• Oversee life cycle management, including maintenance and disposal
• Integrate logistics considerations into system design and sustainment
• Manage configuration baselines and implement quality controls
• Provide engineering support and technical advice on electronic systems Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma; post-secondary in electronics technology preferred
• Minimum four years of professional electronics experience
• Knowledge of electronic theory and operating in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
