CMM Programmer & Operator

Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities / Job duties:

Create CMM Programs using PC-DMIS software
Inspect products using CMM in accordance with our quality system procedures
Read blueprint drawings and specifications
Perform inspection of precision parts and assemblies to drawings and specifications (using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadowgraph, hardness tester, plug gauges, pin gauges)
Document / discuss unacceptable or nonconforming materials with internal and external parties and take corrective action, when required

Qualifications:

Well versed in Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).
Minimum 3 years comprehensive CMM experience, PC-DMIS software and Quality Control.
CNC machining process experience an asset.
