Senior Cybersecurity Framework Architect

This one-year contract supports Ontario’s K-12 education sector. You will map, adapt, and align cybersecurity models, standards, policies, and playbooks. The work connects governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and cyber safety practices across school boards and public-sector partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a tailored K-12 cybersecurity framework grounded in NIST and CIS
• Create standards and guidance for privacy and online safety controls
• Support framework, standards, and policy adoption across school boards
• Align GRC programs with SecOps, automation, AI, and ML practices
• Present updates and consult diverse stakeholders, including government partners

Requirements:

• 10+ years mapping and adapting cybersecurity frameworks
• 10+ years integrating controls into governance and enterprise risk management
• 10+ years conducting assessments and developing security and privacy policies
• CISSP or CISM certification required
• Professional documentation and senior leadership presentation experience
