• Pay that recognizes experience. Starting at $17.95 per hour, with higher starting offers considered for proven relevant experience.
• Tip-Pool Incentive Initiative. Your contribution in the kitchen shares in the restaurant's success. Earn up to an additional $6 per hour through tip-pool sharing, depending on restaurant volume. Tip-pool earnings vary, are additional to your hourly wage and are not guaranteed.

· Respect the ingredients. Follow proper storage and rotation practices, use ingredients thoughtfully and help reduce waste.

· Keep a clean station. Make food safety, sanitation and workplace safety part of everything you do.

Training begins the week of November 23, 2026, with schedules to be communicated. Joining the opening training program is preferred, and individual availability and circumstances will be considered.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays, with scheduling based on restaurant needs and your availability.
