Join us as a Front-End Tech Lead with a focus on Angular to shape the architecture of enterprise applications. This hands-on role emphasizes mentorship and cross-team collaboration to build user-centric solutions. We are in search of a dedicated UI/Angular Tech Lead who can take ownership of front-end architecture across global teams in Montreal, Glasgow, London, and India. Your role will ensure adherence to UI development best practices while directly contributing to agile development cycles with continuous feedback and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the architecture of Angular enterprise applications
- Define UI standards and practices across teams
- Work closely with backend developers for integration
- Lead code reviews and participate in sprint activities
- Mentor UI developers in various squads
- 5+ years front-end development experience with Angular (v12+)
- Background as a Tech Lead in large-scale environments
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices in diverse teams
