As a Front Desk Agent, you will assist guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. You will ensure consistently high-quality customer service while adhering to the standards and service expectations of the Marriott brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
Make, modify, and cancel reservations, and inform guests of hotel policies.
Communicate information regarding room status, VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy members, priorities, early arrivals, late departures, and other guest requests to the relevant departments.
Review and adjust charges posted to guest accounts and handle cash transactions accurately.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and use computer systems effectively.
Previous hotel experience is an asset. No hotel experience? No problem! We provide the training you need to succeed.
