Aircraft maintenance inspector

Under the supervision of the aircraft maintenance program manager, the aircraft maintenance inspector at Nolinor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of aviation operations. Responsibilities Issue AMO/AOC maintenance privileges and ensure delegated individuals hold appropriate licenses; Approve and maintain weight and balance records, certificates of airworthiness, certificates of registration, and ensure their presence on board; Supervise maintenance personnel training, perform work in progress inspections, and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures; Monitor deferred defect items, deferred inspections, and modification/repair work; Coordinate activities with suppliers and certification authorities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations; Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Required skills College Diploma (DEC) or College Studies Certificate (AEC) in aircraft maintenance; M2 license and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance; Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Inspector in the aerospace industry. Requirements Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team; Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, certification authorities, and suppliers; Strong technical skills in aircraft maintenance, including an understanding of applicable standards and regulations; Ability to perform thorough and accurate inspections, paying attention to detail; Capability to manage and maintain maintenance records in compliance with regulatory requirements; Knowledge of airworthiness management procedures and technical documentation; Ability to effectively solve problems and make informed decisions in complex situations; Commitment to safety and quality, with a deep understanding of aviation safety management systems.
