Android Ai Software Engineer

Build AI-native Android experiences with Kotlin, focusing on responsive mobile performance, reliability, and clear interactions for real-world workflows. Work independently on a production application where AI behavior is central.As an Android Software Engineer, you will own the Android client experience across chat, vision, voice, and recommendations. You will integrate backend APIs, design streaming and retry patterns, and collaborate with backend and ML engineers. The work includes analytics, logging, security, scalability, and stability.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain production Android applications using KotlinIntegrate chat, vision, voice, and recommendation featuresDesign streaming responses, retries, and partial-result experiencesOptimize memory, responsiveness, and performance for AI-heavy flowsImplement analytics, logging, and feedback capture for evaluationRequirements:
Three or more years of Android development using KotlinHands-on experience integrating LLM, vision, or speech APIsStrong understanding of Coroutines and FlowFamiliarity with REST or gRPC APIs and structured dataPublished production applications on the Google Play StoreApply Android engineering, Kotlin, AI integration, and performance profiling skills to create stable, reliable mobile applications.
