Contract Duration: 24 months
Job Description:
- Play a key role in the operational team, with focus on evergreening and operational support
- Resolve complex cross functional technical issues in a timely manner
- Participate in the planning and execution of testing related to production deployment validation, performance, failover and vulnerabilities remediation, and disaster recovery
- Analyze the current solutions environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for simplification as part of continuous improvements and evergreening activities
- Define and implement required upgrades and changes to address operational problems or new business requirements as well as support problem troubleshooting in Prod and non-prod environments
- Other related activities and deliverables as required
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience in testing and/or operations and/or development and/or integration in network management environments
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience with network equipment, specifically with Cisco switching and routing platforms (Cisco Nexus 9K, 9300s, 6508 and APIC)
- Demonstrated experience in working with Clienture Cloud Networking
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT Operations work, including the operational capabilities and typical challenges of IT Operations
- Demonstrated ability to support the full development lifecycle, including participation in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, from concept through implementation
- Demonstrated experience with scalable and highly available service-oriented architectures
- Demonstrated experience in working with Agile methodology
- Demonstrated experience in working with ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience in working with Cisco ASA and/or Checkpoint firewalls.
Education:
- University degree or college diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
