Drive operational excellence at Mecka AI as a Sales Analytics and Operations Lead based in New York or the Toronto GTA. This role will focus on analytics, incentive design, and CRM management.
As the Sales Operations and Analytics Lead, you will develop the infrastructure for sales teams, leveraging 5-8 years of experience in sales operations or commercial analytics. The role encompasses analytics dashboard creation, incentive models, account planning, and business performance reviews across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect sales analytics infrastructure and automate performance dashboards
• Design regional quota systems and variable incentive plans
• Conduct Total Addressable Market sizing and lead scoring
• Manage CRM as primary system administrator
• Produce executive Weekly Business Review packets
Requirements:
• 5 to 8+ years in sales operations or related fields
• Advanced SQL capabilities for data management
• Strong financial/data modeling skills in spreadsheets
• Proven experience with incentive compensation systems
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI for dashboards
