What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in the client experience and the overall success of our hospital.

You'll:

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Help guide pet owners through their veterinary journey
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Process payments, invoices, and billing information
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Support communication between clients and the veterinary team
• Assist with retail product sales and recommendations
• Perform administrative and clerical duties that keep the hospital running smoothly
• Help create a positive, efficient, and supportive environment for clients, patients, and teammates alike

Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility available.
