The Recreationist plan, implements, facilitates, and evaluates individual and group programs suited to the individual needs of the participants. Provides input to the monthly calendar of events utilizing program planning and development. The Recreationist contributes to participant care plan with attention to goals and measurable outcomes. The position also works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team with the focus on the resident’s best interests.
