- Wage:
- $33.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Salary increases based on performance, per company policy
- Bonus per company policy
- Employment terms and conditions : Seasonal, Full-time (40 hours/week, hours may vary between 30-60/week based on weather, including mornings, days, weekends; overtime required)

Job requirements:
- Language: Basic English
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

- Work Setting : Construction, Commercial, Residential
- Area of Specialization : Sidewalks and curbs, Driveways, Garage Floors, Patios, Retaining walls, Wheelchair ramps, Exposed aggregate and earthwork, Power cutting tools, Poured concrete
- Type of Materials: Hardners and epoxies, Colours and sealers, Lightweight concrete, Mastic flooring, Reinforcing membrane and protective covering
- Personal Suitability : Team player, Dependability, Flexibility, Accuracy, Safety-oriented
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads (up to 45 kg/100 lbs), Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Own Tools/Equipment : Steel-toed safety boots
Duties:
- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- Level top surface concrete, impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in fresh pour concrete
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces of concrete
- Waterproof, damp proof and, restore concrete surfaces
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
