Data Platform Lead — Real-Time Data & AI-Ready Infra
Relay
Relay, a digital banking platform, seeks a leader to run the Data Platform and grow a senior data engineering team. You’ll own Snowflake cost strategies, accelerate data delivery to stakeholders, and build observability to reveal issues early.
You’ll translate technical work into business outcomes and guide AI-enabled data capabilities across Relay. You’ll balance speed with technical debt and drive a cadence of planning, reviews, and architectural decisions, collaborating to strengthen platform
