A fast‑paced food manufacturer is seeking a highly organized Product & Commercialization Specialist to support new product development from concept through launch. This role is ideal for someone who loves food, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and excels at managing details, timelines, and technical documentation.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and support customer presentations.
• Assist with regulatory compliance for Canadian food safety development activities, prototypes, plant trials, and sample reviews.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Support commercialization through Stage‑Gate processes, scale‑up trials, and production runs.
• Maintain product specifications, GS1 data, imaging submissions, and supplier documentation.
• Identify process improvements and support portfolio lifecycle updates.

What You Bring

• Post‑secondary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or Business
• 3 years in product development or commercialization with food company
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite or PLM systems an asset.

Salary Range
$60,000–$65,000
