We are a loving family located in Calgary, Alberta, seeking a nanny to care for our infant. This is a full-time position, but we are also open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is warm, nurturing, attentive, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children. An important part of what we are looking for is a nanny who follows Jesus, as we would love for our child to be surrounded by someone who can model and gently teach him about Jesus, prayer, and faith as he grows. Multilingual ability is highly preferred, particularly someone who speaks Spanish and/or Vietnamese, as we would love for our infant to be exposed to these languages from an early age and develop a strong connection to his family’s languages and culture. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for our infant
• Ensuring our baby’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Engaging our infant through age-appropriate play, reading, songs, conversation, and activities
• Speaking Spanish and/or Vietnamese with our baby whenever possible
• Incorporating Christian values and age-appropriate faith-based activities, such as prayer, Bible stories, and songs
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with light housekeeping related to the baby and household
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Supporting our baby’s daily routine, including feeding, naps, and outings as appropriate

Safety is very important to us, so we are looking for someone who is CPR certified and experienced in caring for infants. Infant-care experience is strongly preferred. This is a live-out position, allowing the nanny to maintain a healthy work-life balance while becoming an important and trusted part of our family’s daily life. Compensation: $20 per hour, with the possibility of discussing arrangements based on experience, qualifications, and hours.
