In collaboration with the rest of the organization, the Premium Tax Services team will work closely with our customers to maximize the value of Dayforce products and services. This role will have a strong focus on relationship management, commercial growth, customer retention and advocacy, and the broader payroll tax KPI's delivered to clients with medium to high levels of complexity. What you'll get to do - Drive customer satisfaction by meeting with clients to create tax initiatives based on their specific business needs and aligning them with industry best practices in the payroll tax space. This can include training on Quarter-End/Year-End activities, tax notice prioritization, and/or assistance applying for agency registrations.
- Conduct health assessments of a client's tax profile, focusing on controllable problem areas or costs and implementing plans to assist with remediation. Be able to effectively drive practical solutions while solving problems.
- Conduct regular trainings that explain the roles & responsibilities between the client and Dayforce regarding tax filing and value-added services.
- Improve overall client experience by acting as a point of contact for customer escalations and improving the service experienced by the customers. Possess the knowledge and ability to de-escalate customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain an understanding of the Dayforce's products, value added services, support model, and internal stakeholders that are responsible for the end-to-end service delivery.

Skills and experience we value - Bachelor's Degree plus 1-3 years related experience, or master's degree plus 3+ years related experience, or equivalent combination education and related experience.
- Strong relationship management and project management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Excellent and effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to present to customers, impact, and influence results from multiple internal partners.
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills required
- A foundational understanding of tax filing processes
