Bioinformatics Foundation Models Scientist

Build biological foundation models from RNA and genome data at Deep Genomics in Toronto. Apply bioinformatics insight and machine learning research to genetic medicine discovery.
This senior-level scientist role focuses on large-scale models that learn from genome and other -omics data. You will design architectures and pre-training methods while evaluating whether results are biologically meaningful. The work connects model building with biological questions and practical drug discovery decisions.
