Chief Architect for AI-Driven Development

Shape the future of clinical technology with Sitero as Chief Architect in Ontario, Canada. This hybrid role emphasizes enterprise architecture and AI strategy to revolutionize product delivery.
As a senior leader at Sitero, oversee the enterprise architecture vision across all products, including AI tooling adoption. You will chair the Architecture Review Board, review significant technical decisions, and govern architecture standards within a fast-growing CRO. Your expertise will directly impact how Sitero builds and scales its offerings, ensuring a compliant, solid foundation for all products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Sitero's architecture vision across all products
• Chair bi-weekly Architecture Review Board meetings
• Define and review Architecture Decision Records
• Champion AI-enabled development across engineering teams
• Oversee compliance with GxP, SOC 2, and GDPR standards
Requirements:
• 15+ years in software engineering and architecture
• 5+ years in principal or chief architect role
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Excellent communication skills for all audiences
