With at least six years of municipal planning experience, you will oversee critical urban projects, provide strategic recommendations, and mentor junior planners. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee major urban development projects with strategic alignment • Make critical recommendations for development permits • Research and present data-driven municipal strategies • Guide junior planners in developing their skills • Ensure effective implementation of urban planning policies

Requirements: • Degree in urban and regional planning or similar • Minimum six years of relevant municipal planning experience • Full membership with CIP and APPI required • Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and rendering software • Current NWT Class 5 Driver's License
