In this role, you will be the first point of contact for top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and care. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft compelling outreach messages, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. Your insights and judgment will help us identify the best fit for our team, making a lasting difference in our company culture.

Start Date : ASAP 
Duration : 12 month contract
Location : Vancouver, BC 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and assess candidates to identify those who align with our values and needs
• Conduct reference checks and extend offers to successful candidates
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Perform exit interviews and manage changes in employee status
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize your experience and creativity to improve our recruiting practices and outreach

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ yrs of experience in recruitment 
• Knowledge of interview techniques, reference checks, and onboarding processes
• Strong judgment and ability to plan and accomplish goals independently
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in a related field
• Experience leading or directing recruiting teams or projects
